Shipping costs

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the package. For an exact amount visit the checkout page. You need to have a product in your cart to see the shipping costs.

In general, the following shipping costs will be charged:

Free shipping within The Netherlands for orders over €150,-

In-store pick up

You can skip the shipping costs with free local pickup at our Amsterdam based atelier. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up.

Delivery 

All webshop products will be shipped with PostNL. We always try to ship our products within 2-5 working days.* Since we make every item by hand in our own atelier delivery can take a little longer. Please let us know if you have a specific date you want to receive your Solitude item before.

The delivery time for custom made orders may vary. Please contact us here to discuss your idea with us and to check how long it will take us to create your custom request.

* For international orders this may take a little longer.
** Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
